Using My AptaFund Documents
Use your regular AptaFund username and password to
log in to My AptaFund Documents. Check the "Save
Password" box to automatically save your username
and password for the next time you log in.
To download files onto your computer: after you log
in, drag and drop the files or folders to your desktop,
or right-click the files/folders and select "Copy
to folder..."
Once you have saved documents to your My Documents
folder from within your AptaFund session, you may need
to refresh your My AptaFund Documents window in order to
see the new files (from your My AptaFund Documents window:
click View, then click Refresh).
Note - My AptaFund Documents is for downloading files
only - uploading files is not allowed.
Troubleshooting
In order to access your My AptaFund Documents, you
must be using Internet Explorer 5.0 or better,
configured to enable folder view for FTP sites.
To check which version of Internet Explorer you are
using, click Help, then click About Internet Explorer.
To upgrade your browser, visit http://www.microsoft.com/ie.
To enable Folder View, click Tools, then Internet
Options, then click the Advanced tab - make sure
"Enable Folder View for FTP Sites" is checked.
Close all Internet Explorer windows and log in
again.
